Shota Galica

Part of our Lahuta e Malcìs collection. Shota Galica and her husband Azemi were fierce warriors in the resistance against Serbian and Yugoslav rule in Kosova. After Azemi’s death, she continued the struggle herself, becoming a commander and an enduring symbol of courage, resistance, and Albanian national identity.

"Ká qindrue si t' gjith fisniket"

“She stood as do all the noble ones.”
