Returns

Every Unruly Saint piece is made to order specifically for you. Because we do not hold traditional retail inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Sizing

Our garments use unisex sizing, and fit information is provided on each product page or in our Size Guide.

Because each garment is produced to order, selecting the wrong size does not qualify for a return or exchange. We strongly recommend checking the measurements in our Size Guide before ordering.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking around the delivery location and contacting the carrier. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we'll help determine the next steps.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a refund due to an error with the order.
